Ordering with a Purchase Order for a school?
If you need a large quantity for a school and need to use your school's Purchase Order system, please email us. We'll see if we can work things out!

We ship our products within the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan & Ukraine at this time. If we don't yet ship to your country, please email us to request that we add it. Please note that as of 2013, Express shipping is no longer offered to Greenland, Montenegro, or the British Virgin Islands.
Orders are shipped the next business day at the latest. Shipping time will be determined by the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States should arrive to you in 3 to 7 business days, Express generally takes 1 to 2 business days. For international shipments, the shipping method you choose should list the approximate delivery time.
During December we will post information prominently on our website to notify you of shipping deadlines for all shipping options so that your order will reach you by December 24th. We don't want any tears on Christmas!
We ship via USPS and FedEx, and package your order carefully to ensure it arrives safely. All US domestic shipments include tracking codes (yes, even for Ground shipping!) so you'll be able to check the status of your package. International shipments include tracking codes, but the detail is far lower than for shipments within the United States due to the communication required between postal services for the origin and destination countries.
Our packing slips (included with every shipment) do not contain the prices, only the list of items ordered so you can be sure everything has arrived. This makes them suitable when you are sending gifts and don't wish to reveal what you paid. If you would like an invoice with prices included as well, add a note to your order. If we hear nothing, we just include the packing slip.
Note for international shipments: Although our packing slip does not contain prices, the forms required for Customs DO contain the prices. These forms are NOT optional.

Free Shipping Information
If you are placing an order to be shipped within the Continental United States and you order $175.00 or more (before tax and shipping charges), you qualify for free shipping provided your address is a valid one for BOTH FedEx AND the post office (USPS). If you use two addresses (one for the post office and one for FedEx), simply use one in your checkout as the shipping address, and include the other for us in the "comments" section on your order. Please contact us if you are unsure and we'll help you determine if your address is accepted by FedEx and USPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please email us as soon as possible explaining the problem. If you'd like us to call, include your phone number, good times to call, & your time zone. We will make arrangements with you to correct the problem quickly.
If your package was damaged during shipment, PLEASE do not discard the packaging as it may be needed for our claim with the shipper.
If you need to return an item for reasons other than damage during shipment, please understand that the item(s) must be in saleable condition, including all tags and packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Full refunds of purchase price and tax if applicable (but not of shipping) are given when your shipment is received by us. For items purchased from November 1st to December 15th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return them.

We attempt to give you as much information as we can about each product, understanding that it can be a challenge to purchase a toy online. When you can't actually see and touch the product, information about size, color, and materials can be invaluable.
However, we offer many toys and mistakes happen. If you notice an error in our descriptions or feel that any of our information is confusing, please let us know. We will attempt to clarify the description or correct any errors as promptly as possible. If you need additional information about a toy you are considering, don't hesitate to contact us.
